For this exact reason I have created AnyPay (npub1zyx…7mxy)
I was tired of arguing with the merchants that they should support my favorite crypto. Instead I'm happy if they support any of them. If I can swap into it with liquid enough market and no KYC, I'm happy. Other option is state fiat, often using credit cards. Just show me the qr code and I'm happy.
I called it law of cryptocurrency isomorphism. And my wallet should figure out how to pay it, I don't even care what it is. When I'm buying my herbal tea, I don't care if they want Monero, zcash, usdt, etc. I'm not there for a discussion but a purchase. They're already long way because they accept any crypto at all
