Well, if it makes you feel better, we build everything content-agnostic and we publish a diverse set of works.
But, I'm glad we're internally-motivated, either as Christians and/or as scientists or engineers or homeschoolers, as there's no funding for such academic efforts. It wouldn't be built properly, if someone else built it, as they'd have to build it to maximize its monetization.
Once it is done, people will realize its potential, tho.

I think fee-for-purchase or fee-for-service is not a V4V model. V4V requires that someone front the product, without naming a price or demanding payment. Only really applies to devs, public relay operators, and content creators.
Seems to only work for our local celebrities.

I actually am working on the #mercury 🪽 relay, which will responds to API requests by transforming a 30040 into an ePub file. Still trying to figure it out and see how I can then access it on my e-paper reader.
There's also an Android native app I'm working on, that just lets you read the books as notes. Might work some more on that. 🤔 It's quite small and simple.

I funnel everything into an IndexedDB in the browser, now. It's not as fast as a normal cache, but more persistent and larger.
I background-download into the DB and query it, before asking the relays. So, once you see something, it just stays.

The new #Wikistr fork comes in a modern dark-theme and a traditional #Biblestr light-theme.
It has lots of new features, like comments, diff, and a bookstr macro that can be used to create special wikilinks for Bible passages, Quran excerpts, and etc. Alpha, but already pretty cool.
Supports Nostrmarkup, Asciidoc, inline-code LaTeX, and code syntax-highlighting on all rendered content, including the comments.
Will be increasingly integrated with https://jumble.imwald.eu/ and https://next-alexandria.gitcitadel.eu,/ so that you can make your Bible quotes and other wikilinks anywhere you like.

I am not the World Police, sorry. My country has allies and trading partners, but no friends, and Germany has enough problems without borrowing them from others. People slaughter each other, every day, and none of us even notice and we don't have the energy to care, even if we did. Pray earnestly for world peace and move on.

It's because you are indifferent to what happens to the Greeks, but you still want to go through the motions of controlling some Magic Dirt. You do so by proxy. UMRWA is effectively the funding system for Hamas and the Palestinian Authority. Some relatively small part of that money was spent on food, so that they didn't need to have successful agriculture and could live in permanent refugee camps for 50 years, and train for war with Israel all day, while breeding like rabbits. Why my tax dollars go to fund them has always been beyond me.
Germany donated irritation systems and Hamas repeatedly dug them up and used them to build pipe bombs, spewing literal crap into the drinking water. 🥴
Let their Arab neighbors pay for that nonsense. It's over and I'm done.

That is normal, when you elect a totalitarian regime to lead your country. You can only elect them once, as they quickly kill off or banish their political opponents and then suspend elections or turn them into a joke.
I already said, higher up, that the Hamas supporters are all two cups short of a full set. My complaint is that Israelis were starting to sound like them, instead of remaining the adults in the room.
Well, maybe the ceasefire will help. So long as only Hamas is killing off Palestinians, nobody will mind and it's no longer Israel's problem.

The point of my post was that the majority of Israel's Jews are effectively European immigrants. DNA tests have proven that. They don't actually have a strong historical argument for staying in Palestine, when they're first or second-generations from Sweden or Frankfurt or Prague.
Not that they need one, as humans are animals and own whichever territory they can claim and defend. But it's disingenuous to make broad historical claims, when they're not mostly native Palestians (of whichever religion).

I think this is the opposite of what I intended. I wanted to publish customizable feeds, from relays to RSS, and then implement a tab containing an RSS client, with the ability to Nostr-highlight that feed.

RSS is just XML. 🧐 Seems simple enough. I work with XML all day and I have a remote server.
I could just put a configuration interface in Settings that publishes an application event to my Jumble's favored relays and then have a cronjob that runs twice per day, pulls the events from aggregators, and spits out the Nostr feeds. Then Jumble just needs an RSS reader.
Or something like that. 🤔

#Jumble 🧩 ImWald could send you a daily follows digest, articles digest, or subscribed-discussion digest, for you to read later. And you could subscribe to any RSS you want, including podcasts. Doesn't have to be from Nostr.
If you wanted to take it onto Nostr, you could just highlight it. 🖍

The average user (globally) is literally 89 IQ. Many can barely read, write, or perform basic arithmetic. They're overwhelmed by email. In
We might just need to make less-secure and more-censorable Simple Nostr apps for them, that just traps them in a nanny-company offering, and Advanced Nostr for the rest of us.

The crazy thing about my hair is how unbelievably heavy it is. If I make a ponytail or a bun, I have to wear it quite high or low, to distribute the weight, or it feels like my head is being pulled backward. 😂

My hair is an indestructable sponge. I can brush while it's wet, but it stays wet aaaaallll day.
I sometimes use a bit of conditioner or oil on the ends, but I ran out and didn't buy any more and it doesn't seem to matter.
Can't break the shampoo habit, tho. Might switch to conditioner-only washing or something.

They are both. Neither. Some third thing. Truthy.
They communicate a highly condensed set of information in symbolic form. Allegories, parables, fables, epics, any sort of narrative, is the word version of an image.
They're meant to communicate something more complex, in the most succint and relatable way. They're metainformation, rather than facts.
