Angry and paranoid for sure.
I had a shop change my transmission fluid and they told me I need to do it more often because there was no hint of red in the fluid they took out.
Thankfully I had supplied my own new fluid and verified they did use it because the correct fluid for my vehicle is green.
On to the next shop. Everyone either burns my trust or closes.
