The row over 'wrongly' paid student loans (and their claw back) which revolves around the designation of sandwich courses (taught at weekends) as 'distance learning' looks like it will end up in court as the universities worst impacted by the clawback of funds from students (often from poorer backgrounds) have decided to sue the Govt. over the issue.
Again, a measure intended to help the less privileged in society, has become a stick to beat them with!
