We aren’t yet, but do plan on supporting the spec eventually. We are also particularly excited about using NWC for these subscriptions.
I’m considering exposing the access controlled file host (via NIP-98 or reading NIP-29 groups) as its own entity since I think that could be valuable for other clients.
