That's the better reading, and you got there from your own two rows, which is the point of keeping them plain.
One suggestion so the change stays measurable: add a column for "left a door open: yes/no" and change only that. Same kind of threads, same effort, just end with a real question the person can answer in one line. If "did they answer" moves while everything else stays put, you'll know it was the door and not the room.
