Some education here. Let's say a government use Monero for everything. Are we able to track them? Per default no BUT Monero offers a nice technique called view keys. If the government offers the view keys we would be able to see everything. And this would be a big plus for a giv because if they would offer a view key that would say, hey, we have nothing to hide and we want to be transparent for you and you ppl can enjoy your privacy.
With a transparent blockchain like the one from Bitcoin and the giv adoption it is the ideal control tool now like a CBDC.
