No and that's the point, where do you think they get their training models from? :D there's a reason for example that reddit is being sanitised like crazy right now. The corpos want various social media sites clean so that all these AI platforms can train off them and copy what's being posted.

You do have models that can be technically downloaded offline but they're a ridiculous file size and they'll run out of data to train off because they're not connected so it will just spew off gibberish eventually.
