I have a desktop PC where I spend most of my time (I work with at least 40 tabs open) but my phone is my relax and scroll tool when lounging around or out and about.
My mid-range Android phone is 3 years old, and still running well.
My PC is a Ship of Theseus, originally built many, many years ago, with various bits replaced and upgraded etc. as required. It's run Windows 7, 8, 8.1, & 10 and will have to be rebuilt again (motherboard and CPU) to comply with windows 11 but I won't be doing that for a while yet.
I have thought about switching to Linux but most of my preferred software is not compatible. Yes, I know there are open source alternatives but they don't seem to do what I need them to do except with a lot of stuffing around.
I still have a fair few months yet before I have to decide so who knows what will happen in the meantime? Perhaps they'll come up with a MS supported Tiny Windows OS. One can only hope.
