North Korea appears to have additionally dispatched at least 3,000 soldiers to Russia in January and February
The reinforcements add to the roughly 11,000 troops North Korea has sent to Russia so far, South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) said. About 4,000 of them have been killed or injured in combat, the JCS added.
Additionally, the South Korea's military said, North Korea continues to supply missiles, ammunition and artillery equipment to Moscow
