I had to Google the Penis Tower ... for a moment there I thought it had fallen down and that was it in the middle of your photo :)

Anyway ... the search brought up this pic ... seems appropriate considering many if not most of the world's media are dickheads ...
Apparently it shoots fireworks ... no comment on that.
