I might *need* a restricted flow pour over ... a week out of warranty, my Virtuoso+ is "stuck" in a micron size corresponding to the ~30-35 setting range
(the clicks seem the same as ever, but reseating like it was new doesn't change and most videos point to the older Baratza)
