I actually can answer that GraphicAudio question easier but I did read the document, and, I haven’t seen the original manuscript, so I can’t really consider this plagiarism because words are not copied word for word, and even if they were, these words are actually very common. I can find 20 fantasy or romance novels that have these exact phrases in this exact order. Samples they use, so it’s tricky. I can answer with more certainty though, that graphic Audio won’t remove the titles that are already out, but they can refuse to record the rest of the series.
