Out the other side and feeling surprisingly well. No real pain so far (good drugs!)
Delay in getting me fed and to ICU because the gauze count was off. No phone or food till ICU
So had to go get a CT scan to check the gauze wasn't left in me. Fab news - nope! Then waited for surgeon. All went super well.
And they grabbed me some Hospital food. Nanna nap next.
