Microgreens. HUGE local market gap here. Folks here prefer local, unlike mushrooms and other products grown locally, microgreens is the gap here. We're an agricultural county and folks here have money, expect and pay for local greens.
Just thinking ahead. Could change, but it's something I'm seriously considering as even a moonlight business now. 🤔
