LLM is a brute force machine.

I think that's part of the disconnect between the pro and anti
people (i am clearly an anti person).

Any dialog is focusing on different things.

The pro people are focusing on utility ... valid.

The anti people are focusing on the infrastructure ... valid.

The deeper point is which of these has more impact
or strength of argument ?

The infrastructure does.
Because if it doesn't then the argument devolves into
"it's OK to do something bad if it brings utility"

I think that is the point that people like me are seeing
implicitly and the pro-AI ppl are like weirdly NOT
seeing.
