I mean there are GNU, OpenSSL, Mbedtls, Bouncy Castle, security modules in the linux kernel etc. Varying levels of foundations, but I think all non-profit or nonexistent. You could argue for-profit is contributing or even running forks, but that's like saying linux is RedHat or Canonical because of their contributions.
