My daughter enjoys caving, so we make a yearly trip to the Cango Caves together. As an amateur bodybuilder, I have to exhale to squeeze my chest through the tightest section, known as the "letterbox." On our last visit, it felt especially narrow. After reading this, I think I'll reconsider doing that again. It seems like a terrible way to go.
