So now Day 5 post op (not counting day of op).
Slept a little more comfortably last night, still in the recliner (may be best place while healing). Did have the stronger painkiller before bed but otherwise sticking to paracetamol.
Still sore but maybe a bit less stiff. Going slowly and carefully anyway.
Made my own cereal and cuppa, including using a grabber to reach berries on a lower fridge shelf. And got it to the lounge room. Winning!
Want to try a longer walk - 5 minutes today.
