Nostr has become a Digital Marketplace with a side of Shitposting, and other (unsavory) stuff.
I think Nostr wins if we lean into the p2p exchange element of the network, and become more of a Facebook marketplace/Craigslist sort of thing since being a Twitter, Twitch, and everything else clone doesn't seem to drive, or retain users as well in my personal opinion.
If I recall one of the things that impressed me about Nostr was learning about Plebian Market when I went to The 2025 Conference.
This is my thoughts for any client devs that might want to explore if leaning into that might drive retention of users.
