Admins have to basically import profiles from another instance. Alex provided a work around for that. I ended up just going strfry. I can't even login ditto.pub now to test for some reason. I think I ended up making something better. On poster.place, with the modified nostrudel UI, users can block spam at the relay level with 1 click and most of the spam is gone.
