I'm not the best person to ask because everything is done via a mailing list and a cloud drive folder. I make everyone tag themselves with something such as PR or ARC etc and then I send a folder link to everyone with multiple formats and just delete the folder on publication day, so not the best system, but NetGally just seemed to be overly complicated for wanting to get reviews. I was like, even if they don't review me, if they give my DRM free Epub or whatever to someone, fantastic! If it's via a publisher, even an indie publisher, I direct everyone to the publisher but I am gonna check out that link soon.
