It was not long ago, most banks here would not load without IPv4. Many government websites were only IPv4 too. I do not know if Charter Spectrum (my old ISP), ever added IPv6 to their website. It really is a big problem here. Most of the sites today that work with IPv6 only proxy the traffic to their IPv4 access point.
It remains a mystery why IPv6 is not serious here. 🤷
