Anthrophic and OpenAI have so drastically subsidized their subscriptions that even with reduced usage, you're probably still getting a killer deal.
Before this throttling, that last stat I heard was that the $200/month Claude Max plan gives up to $5,000 worth of inference (what you'd pay through OpenRouter or the direct API).
