I think that it is a super often shared #mastodon pro tip, but in light of Cory Doctorow (npub1fdr…lvhs) recent plea for #rss i post this again:
You can get an RSS feed for any mastodon account by appending ".rss" to the URL.
My local public transit - HOCHBAHN (npub14su…n3f6) - runs a mastodon account and also provides info about service disruptions there. So i just subscribe to that account, instead using apps like Telegram or Notify for it. No ads, no tracking.
