Absolute insanity. Well, more accurately malicious insanity. Basically anything the medical establishment pushes for nutrition van be safely ignored.

Lean meats have their place but mostly if you're doing bodybuilding/athletics/anything with very strict macro requirements. Easy to get precise protein and fat values using it. Otherwise, why the hell wouldn't you eat fatty meats? They're the best!
