EU citizens living in a different EU country (like me, a dutch person, living in Germany) do not have full voting rights, but we can vote on the municipal level and for the EU parliament. Thus it logically follows that if we have at least these limited voting rights, we should definitely be allowed to be active as members of a political party. The court has made this very clear in its decision. #ThanksEU
