I work with Macs as part of my job and they fucking break your entire toolchain all the fucking time. Game developers fucking hate the damn things too.

Why would I give a damn about battery life on a laptop if I need a desktop? Why would I care about performance on some ARM CPU if I need x86-64 compatibility? Why make a solid aluminum block body if the ventilation and design is still made so it overheats and breaks eventually?
They are literally designed for 3 use cases and if you don't need those they fucking suck. And even then, they still suck because they are designed to break.
In any case my point was more about the OS than the crappy hardware.
