Wednesday #Workout:
11 minutes of yoga for runners.
22 minutes of strength training.
13 minutes of snow shovelling
11 KM of #Running (-10°C, -19 windchill, 82% humidity, and 23 KM/H wind).
Good workout, but the first strength training errored out about 12 minutes in, so I started another one, then shovelled snow.

Another zone 2 run, bit wind chillier, and I'm settling into this routine. One of the runners I see regularly said "I appeared to have forgotten my pants." Which made me chuckle.
