1/ Long answer for short question-- I tend to be very enthusiastic about my interests. So, one thing leads to another. My music interests have led in the past to 4-5 rehearsals (each in a different group) per week and performances year-round. All good, but tends to smother me. So, I cut back to one group that lasted many years. Now down to no groups-- playing/practicing for my own pleasure. Hard to do, but works.
