you are absolutely correct!. Many years ago I had a sociology professor teach me about some eastern medicine tricks (I think he was Korean? Doesn't matter). I had been sick and was trying to make up school work. He talked about how aloe Vera juice can heal your gut and a lot of other healing AND how gut health effected your entire biome. Long before I was a nurse....but I used that information in practice for patients.
