See it as an opportunity to train your empathy for users who don't know.
I have worked with helping users for the regional government (60k+ employed) for 9y now, and so many use computers - even those who are provided with a personal one - as they come preconfigured from IT.
It's like they have no idea that settings exists. Nor that just a few super easy settings can make their UX dramatically better.
I got humbled quick about that, when starting nine years ago.
