The Orthodox are “post-Trib” on that question because we see in 1st Thessalonians 4 that Saint Paul is explaining to the Faithful that mortal death doesn’t bar one from being united with Christ upon His Return. It’s not describing events that preceed the Tribulation. By the time of the Great and Terrible Day of The Lord, the Tribulation is already past.
For whatever reason, this isn’t sufficient for some people; but that is beyond my control 😄
