Hump is, in one real sense, generally correct about the relative merit of going balls-deep into topics such as these: a little knowledge is a dangerous thing after all.
But what I was referring to specifically is NLP = NeuroLinguistic Programming — which I tend to regard as a *Psionic* discipline, but that would likely raise many objections from the general direction of the establishment. It’s usually lumped in with hypnosis, with which it has some overlap.

Yeah I had a fifteen-year long cat allergy that was erased in about 30 seconds’ worth of NLP - and that held strong for about seven years after which it began to reemerge. I think there’s a bit more going on than that allergies are “all in the head” - but rather, that these various systems actually interface and engage with each other clear down to the epigenetic level.

It’s crazy how playable WW is, to this day, relative to OoT.
The Skyward Sword remake for Switch fixed basically all the problems - it is an excellent title in the series.
My favorite, however, in the whole series, is engineering Zonai contraptions in TotK. The whole game revolves around getting the Zonaite set bonus ASAP, exploiting glitches and Fuse Entanglements, and building the most impressive crap possible within the part limit 😄

Of course I am; it’s a reasonably decent explanation for why hard civilizational collapse scenarios tend to be quite rare - so they usually progress imperceptibly on the scale of decades, and only appear disastrous in retrospect.
In the case of The West, it’s been dead since 2008. The GFC is now about eighteen years old. Since we’ve had what amounts to an entire childhood to look back, the signs of it are very clear. While certain local trend-bucking does happen, the overall picture is one of steady civilizational decay.
The Francis Scott Key Bridge is never being rebuilt.
