Hamas, being a terrorist organization, directly targets noncombatants, such as during its Oct 7th. massacre.

It is not a signatory to any treaties and does not hesitate to commit war crimes. For example, it uses protected civilian buildings -- such as hospitals and schools -- for military purposes, thus turning civilians into human shields.

It rapes and kidnaps and holds hostages, and openly calls for genocide.

This is terrorism.
