“Lie” is a harsh word, but just to clarify:
Understanding the nuances of words is the purpose of study bibles. The Orthodox Study Bible refers to the Church Fathers for this purpose. Because of ZOG, the study bible explicitly avoids ZOG subjects, but overall the study bible is solid.
One does not need to learn Greek, but one cannot understand Logos without understanding what the actual Church Fathers meant by Logos (different from the Pagan and Latinized understandings).
