thats a matter of category. Twitter is in the same category as bluesky and fedi as far as communication style. Its in a different category from tiktok, insta, etc.
I would look at it as, users will use multiple apps so long as they serve different purposes but they are unlikely to use two apps if they both serve the same purpose
