I use Mint as my daily driver, and it fits my needs. But I am aware that it is not the right distro for everyone. If Zorin is working well for you, there should be no pressure to switch to Mint just because others are using it. I went through a lot of analysis-paralysis trying to find a distro to settle on because of all options available. Go with what you are comfortable with using. Unless this is a work place where everyone has to be the same, it should not matter what distro you are on.
