Similar for Greece. They call us Yunanistan. We use this word for the same purposes.
Btw yunan (ίωνες) where the first greeks the east knew, so they named yunan all greeks. The west new the greeks (γραικοί) first, a small tribe, so they named us all greeks. We ourselves have a different name for our country.
