Do any of you fine people have sleep apnea and use a CPAP? While
I don’t find myself waking up gasping for air, or nodding off during the day, I was diagnosed with mild apnea and told to lose weight and I’ve done the opposite.
How is it, sleeping with the mask? I’m a side sleeper and I’ve heard that it’s easier to sleep that way.
