This is far more detailed and accurate than Apple's "explicit" tag.

For example, how should a show like One Extraordinary Marriage be tagged? It _is_ "explicit" because the talk about sex within marriage so it's not appropriate for kids. But it's not "dirty."

We need more granularity.
