Butchered a rooster today at a workshop 'how to slaughter a #chicken'. Also brought home two pair of #chickenfeet. Plan to make a broth in a crockpot. Or does anyone have a better idea? At the moment they are soaking clean in water with vinaigre and salt.. Curious to see what this note brings : ) Tell me you #carnivores. Whole animal.. Wel also most whole. Gallbladder, guts and some etcetera went in the bin.
