Yesterday in my fiat job, I filled a lot of organic, medicinal herbal teas. I always have such a wonderful feeling of connection with nature, Mother Earth and with the organic medicinal plants. That fills my heart with gratitude!

Here is a list and its benefits.

«Viburnum Opulus» (in German it's called "Frauenmantel" = "women coat"), also known as Snowball Bush, is traditionally used for its supposed benefits in relieving menstrual cramps, spasms, and other muscle-related issues.

«Nettle tea» made from the leaves of the stinging nettle plant, Urtica Dioica, is beneficial for detoxifying, strengthening immune-system, cleanse and supports the urinary tract. As it has diuretic properties, the tea can help alleviate symptoms of urinary tract infections, such as bladder inflammation, by promoting the elimination of bacteria and reducing inflammation. Nettle tea ist also anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant properties and may help soothe skin issues like acne, eczema, and psoriasis, promoting a healthier and clearer complexion.
Also regular consumption of fresh nettle tea may contribute to overall well-being, with potential benefits including improved digestion and enhanced hair growth.

«Cistus» tea has antiviral properties, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. The tea may help alleviate symptoms of colds and flu, as well as skin conditions, due to its polyphenol content. Also the tea can bee used topically to soothe skin irritations and promote wound healing.

I also made a personal mixture for a customer, consisting of coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
This mixture can be used for hot flashes, pain and cramps during menstruation, flatulence and indigestion.

Was this interesting for you? Let me know which teas you drink and why! 🙏🏽 For a healthy community 💚⚡️
