Tonight, the 7-year old son says, “We should invent a game, probably on old school GameBoy so that it could be cheap, that we could give to homeless people. In the game, you would be a homeless person and to win the game you would have to do the right things.”

Me: “So in the game, the character is a homeless person? What kind things would they have to do?”

7-year old: “Like, the game would give them choices to make. And to advance to the next level, you have to make the right choice. Like, should I get a haircut and shave my nasty beard or not. This way, they can learn what they should do in real life.”

Me: [Nodding my head] That is a really good idea, bud. That would probably be more helpful than many other things currently being tried.
