8 people died when the US bombed this bridge. I don't think this seems very "military" but that is just me. It looks like a pretty civilian bridge like one of my favorite bridges in Pittsburgh.
It's going to be inconvenient.
So I think this was more about destroying something new tall and modern. People seemed pretty proud of this bridge. IDK tell me about how this is part of a military objective.
