For raw Milk I can really recommend Episode 1013 of the jordan harbinger show. You find it on any podcast app or probably youtube as well.
Homogenizing is definitly not important. Important is the pasteurization. This is because harmful Bacteria can get into the Milk during the milking process. Until pasteurized those are able to grow in the milk.
By the way. Pasteurize is no complex process. It is simply heating up the Milk above a certain temperature. Nothing more.
