About a year and a half ago, I was bemoaning to friend of over a decade how "public health" policies were crap because they did nothing to prevent the spread of covid and were based in eugenics - that it was acceptable cost of doing business for those who were disabled or who had "pre-existing conditions" to die. She responded that she saw herself in my complaint, didn't like it, & didn't speak to me again.
