Adding vegetables and fruits is fine. But don't do it because you believe you need them for food physical health.
Do it to add colors and fun to your meals. THAT I believe make a difference.

Fruits are more like spiritual health food. They are beautiful and vibrant. Fruits are high vibe and should be included in a diet for these reasons.
