My story happened 30 years ago, doping is so common in cycling that they don't even have the feeling they are cheating because literally everyone does it.
The people who win are the ones who can afford the best doctors. I don't know much about other sports.
But in cycling, they are having sprints at the summit finish now... So if this sport is plagued with doping I would assume easily that other sports are plagued as well.
