If you think of two dysfunctional families, the Dems and the gop fit this description well. The gop are religious nutbags, the core of the family is not logic or reasons, but feelings inspired by fear. They are preconditioned to accept cult leaders and demagogues.

Dems are not. Logic and reason must be present, but they suffer from issues with reality in their narcissistic institution. What they unconsciously expect is this hive personality instead of authenticity. Authenticity scares them.
